Rejected by the city council in September 2018. A modified version of the same proposal was then approved in July 2019 to avoid a lawsuit from the developer. Looks to be targeting a summer / fall 2021 completion. Formerly known as Cottages at Barton Green. Partially complete for the fall 2021 semester.

Formerly known as the Collegian East. A March 2019 MLive article noted that the new Vic Village South project had been bumped ahead of the east project.
